This part focuses on the foundation of posing, how your body is positioned from the ground up.
You’ll learn how small adjustments in your feet, weight distribution, and hands can completely change how a pose looks.
Most people start posing from the hands or face.
In this training, you’ll understand why strong poses always start from the base.
A pose is built from the ground up: feet → hips → torso → hands.
What you’ll achieve
Understand how to position your body correctly from the start
Create natural body shapes instead of stiff poses

Duration
Approx. 50 minutes in total, divided into two parts:
• 45 minutes of guided training — where you learn the techniques step by step with a model practicing each pose
• 5-minute photoshoot — applying everything learned in a real shooting situation to see the final result
